Grape variety: Assyrtiko, Athiri, Aidani
Aging: 3 months in oak barrels
Characteristics: A crystal clear yellowish wine with special aromas, mainly of jasmine, flowers of citrus fruits with a hint of pear, intense minerals and characteristic acidity. Full bodied, well structured, generous in taste, fresh, with a long aftertaste.
Food: Goes well with appetizers and grilled chicken.
